First Response Course

Ready to brush up on your lifesaving skills? Join us for a fun and informative day where you’ll learn everything you need to be a confident first responder.

You’ll cover the essentials: checking a casualty, CPR, choking, bleeding, shock, anaphylaxis and the common injuries that crop up at Scouts. It’s a hands-on day, so wear comfortable clothes — there’s floor work.

We’ll keep you fuelled with tea, coffee and biscuits, but please bring your own lunch — we can teach first aid, but not how to make sandwiches appear out of thin air!

Sign up, come along, and let’s make sure you’re prepared for anything life throws your way.

Who it's for

Anyone volunteering with us who needs First Response, whether it's your first time or you're due to renew in the next 6 months.

Cost

Places are £15.00. If you're with a Paisley & District group, your group is invoiced after the course — you don't pay anything now. Anyone from outside the district pays online when booking.

Led by Fraser Wright.
